The Coyote Campus Engagement Scholarship seeks to encourage students to socialize with others by join-ing CSN sanctioned clubs or organizations to build sense of CSN community, and to recognize and reward students who have positively impacted the institution. Scholarships are awarded through the recognition of campus volunteerism and participation hours at campus-held events with documentation.
Award Amount: $500 - $1000 dependent on enrollment status
Terms Available: Fall and Spring Terms Only. Not offered during the Summer Term.
Available to Apply: 10/01/2025 for Fall 2025
Deadline to Apply: 12/01/2025 for Fall 2025 graduation
Available to Apply: 03/25/2026 for Spring 2026
Deadline to Apply: 05/01/2026 for Spring or until funding is exhausted.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be enrolled in at least 6 credits (half-time enrollment status)
- Must be meeting CSN’s Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)
- Must be a Nevada Resident
Application Process:
- Complete the 2025-26 FAFSA at
- Submit the Coyote Campus Engagement Scholarship Application via online application
- Ensure all eligibility requirements are met and attached to application before submitting by the stated deadline. Any application missing documentation will be denied and cancelled.
Scholarship Notification Timeline:
Scholarship recipients will be notified within 30 days of application receipt through the MyCSN Communication Center – Aid Notification.
Additional Notes:
Funds will be applied toward tuition, fees, and other educational costs first, if there is credit remaining on your account, the Cashier’s Office will send you the credit via Direct Deposit. Please be sure to add Direct Deposit to your MyCSN account.
